At the time of registration, parents must submit the following:
Parents are required to complete a Registration Form, Agreement Form, and a Pastor Verification Form (if applicable). A $50 Registration (non-refundable) fee and a $30 Activity fee must be paid to complete registration.
TRANSFER: A Request for Transfer form must be obtained from the school office. All forms must be completed and returned before the transfer can be processed.
All financial obligations must be satisfied before academic records are forwarded.
