The Safe Environment Policy has been established in an effort to protect our young children from sexual abuse.
In Saint Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians he called the members of that local Church and each of us in our own day to “Be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong. Your every act should be done with love.” (1Cor.16:13-140).
It is our responsibility as adults to make sure that we do all that we can to protect our youth. If you are interested in volunteering at Saints Peter and Paul school and/or parish in any capacity, it is a requirement that all documents be on file in our offices. Please click on the page that is connected to our Safe Environment menu and read carefully the directions to place your application on the Diocesan database. If you would like to view more detailed information, go to www.diopitt.org and scroll down to see all required forms needed on the right side of the web page.
